How working with me works

The plans

Never Miss a Job, $97 a month. Missed-call text-back (when you miss a call, the caller gets a text from your business), automatic Google review requests after a job, a monthly results text, and a website built from your reviews.

Rebook, $197 a month. Everything above, plus "you're due" reminder texts to your past customers and AI that answers incoming texts in your business's name.

Front Desk, $297 a month. Everything above, plus an AI receptionist that answers calls you can't, takes the details and books the job. Includes up to 300 AI call minutes a month; if you regularly go over, we'll talk before anything changes.

Setup

There's no setup fee. Your plan covers your website, connecting the text-back to your phone, and registering your business for texting.

You keep your own phone number. Only calls you don't answer forward to the system. Business texting has to be approved by the phone carriers, which usually takes one to two weeks; your website and call forwarding can go live before that.

Paying and cancelling

Plans are month to month through Stripe, or you can pay a year up front and get 2 months free (no setup fee). A prepaid year renews yearly unless you cancel, and starts when your texting goes live. If you prepay and use the 90-day guarantee, you get the full year back. There's no contract: cancel any time by text or email and you won't be charged again. If a payment fails and isn't fixed within 7 days, the service may be paused until it is.

Guarantee

If you're not happy in your first 90 days, for any reason, tell me within those 90 days and you get back the monthly payments made in that time. If you prepaid a year, you get the full year back. No forms and no proving anything.

Texting rules

The system only texts people who called your business, customers you've done work for, and people who've given you their number. Anyone can reply STOP to never get another text. You agree not to ask me to text lists of people who haven't contacted you.

Who owns what

Your domain (registered in your name, about $12 a year), your photos, your text and your finished website belong to you. If you ever leave, I'll hand over the website files and help you take your texting number with you.

Just want a website?

Website-only projects are quoted in writing before any work starts. Your domain and finished site belong to you.
